1. Payment

All bookings are processed securely online at the time of registration.
A booking is considered confirmed only once full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.
All prices are stated in euros (€) and include applicable taxes in accordance with Austrian law.

2. Online Intuitive Dance Classes — Cancellations & Transfers

All payments for online classes are non-refundable.

In cases of illness or emergency, your booking may be transferred once to another available date within 30 days, subject to availability.

Partial attendance, late cancellations, or non-attendance without notice do not entitle you to a refund.

3. 1:1 Coaching & Multi-Week Programs — Cancellations & Rescheduling

For individual coaching sessions or multi-week programs, rescheduling is possible up to 48 hours before the scheduled session.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session start time, or missed appointments, are non-refundable, as the time is reserved exclusively for you.

If you choose to discontinue a multi-week program early, the full program fee remains payable, unless otherwise stated in your individual coaching agreement.

4. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers Only)

If you are booking as a private individual within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your booking within 14 days without providing a reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day of booking.

Please note:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Bookings made by business clients (B2B)

• Services related to leisure activities scheduled for a specific date or period, including intuitive dance classes or live workshops

For private coaching services, the 14-day withdrawal period applies unless you explicitly request that the service begin during this period and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed.

Any eligible refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

5. Business Clients (B2B)

The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies exclusively to private consumers (B2C).
For entrepreneurs, freelancers, or business clients booking within the scope of their professional activity, this right is excluded.

6. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Participants may reschedule their class or session independently via the online booking system up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

For any change requests within 48 hours of the session or class, please contact me directly at hi@thesanela.com. Approval is subject to availability.

Late cancellations and missed appointments are non-refundable.
